Under normal circumstances, refunds are not issued once payment has been made. However, a refund may be considered only under exceptional conditions and at the sole discretion of Simplytics.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 60 to 90 days of receiving a formal written request from your registered email or via official correspondence.
  • The refundable amount will be adjusted by deducting:
    • Pro-rata monthly service charges,
    • Applicable messaging fees, and
    • A 15% handling fee.

2. Transaction Commitments

By agreeing to purchase a product or service, you confirm your intent to complete the transaction. If you do not wish to proceed, please do not indicate acceptance or initiate payment.

3. Incorrect Pricing

If any product or service is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Simplytics reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order,
  • Refund any processed payments, and
  • Notify you of the cancellation.

4. Payment Method Responsibility

Only authorized and valid payment methods must be used. Any fraudulent or unauthorized card activity is solely the responsibility of the user.

5. Fee Adjustments

While our services are currently offered at minimal charges, we reserve the right to:

  • Revise existing pricing, or
  • Introduce new fees,

at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Service Gaps & Partial Delivery

If you believe that a service was only partially delivered, you must report the issue to us within 10 days from the date of service. We will investigate and attempt resolution where possible.

7. Legal Compliance & Data Verification

Users are required to utilize our services in a lawful manner. We reserve the right to verify the accuracy of the information you provide. If discrepancies or falsehoods are discovered:

  • Your registration may be revoked, and
  • Future access to our platform may be denied without notice.

  • Simplytics / We / Us: Refers to Simplytics Solutions and its services.
  • User / You: Any individual, team, or business using our platform.
  • Product/s: Any digital solution, tool, or service offered by Simplytics.
  • Agreement: This Refund Policy along with any supporting terms, guidelines, or amendments.
